Chapter 7 and tax refund

I have been reading these posts for awhile and what concerns me the most is the tax refund. I am filing this month and I have used my tax refund for past bills such as gas, phone, etc. but I also used it to pay for my lawyor and get my girls a bunkbed do some repairs on the roof , are these things ok? Will the trustee want all of my tax refund? This is what scares me the most. Other than that we have no extra money. What should I aspect?

If you used the refund for necessary expenses, and it sounds like you did, then you have nothing to worry about. Just be sure you have reciepts to show EXACTLY where it all went - just in case you're asked.
