What is the name of your state? OHIO Shoot! I had a power surge-computer went off and now I look like and idiot and hafta write the whole post over.
Since getting into the actual forms and filling them out, I have a few questions: Since I was tricked into signing the business papers when my STBX opened the business in 1986.........I asked when he called from the pokey...........he said, "Oh Honey don't you remember I had to have both of our signatures to start the business?" No-ohhh!?!?
Here are my questions: 1. How do I file for the business(incorporated/partnership and the personal/individual Chapter 7? Can I roll them into one bankruptcy? I have General POA and Special POA, signed and notorized by him.
2. What's the difference between a Lein and a Judgement? The same items appear in both categories.
3. There are two Federal Tax Leins filled the same year(1994) 8 months apart, with the same amt., but different Identification numbers. Are they the same Lein or is it just a coincidence?
4. There are 4 Tax Leins in all........what will be discharged and what won't? Their are a few other leins, but not tax leins......What happens with them?
5. Do I just list all the creditors listed on my credit reports+recent bills(not payed or listed)? Or do I go through the 2 Chapter 13's, filed and dismissed-one commenced in his name only, Dec. 12, 2002 and the joint commenced Oct.4, 2001, and list anything joint, business related and utility related, (all utilities are in his name)?
6. Under 'Amount Allowed' column on the previous bankruptcies, what does 'Not Filed' instead of a dollar amt. mean?
7. What does 'Notice Only' mean, under the creditor's name?
Looking forward to your infinite wisdom, guys.
Deb
