Chapter 7 question, moving ?

Hi,

I must file chapter 7 but need to move to another state immediately to take a job offer as I have no income right now. Question is, can I move to another state then file chapter 7 in NC after I get moved ?

Yes, you can move but you'll have to use your present states exemptions.
