What is the name of your state? New York

I have a friend that has not filed a tax return for the past 6 years.
She works "off the books". If she is unable to furnish a W2 or a tax return, will this affect her filing C7?

What is she claiming for income ? If she claims income, how is she going to show it ?? I'd say it very well COULD be a problem.

it shouldn't be a problem with the bankruptcy if she tells the truth. however, if the irs gets wind of the amounts she states, then she's done half the work for them.
