South Dakota - I'm going to court for and try and get custody of my children. Mothers the father has custody of the children and she just got indicted on federal drug charges, what and how does that work will I be granted custody now? Before it was her dad and her against me. Confused?

I am as well. Your wording is very confusing. Please post the history of this situation.

I *think* he's saying that the mother has custody of the kids, and maternal grandfather has been helping the mother - legally, and with raising the kids.

Benny has a history of drunk driving, so he has made it easy for them to paint an unflattering picture of him.
