I live in DE. Can i get custody of my 2 girls without my wife knowing it? Right now they live with me and she has left. If she knows I`m filing for custody she will take them from me. she wants to have joint custody, is there such a thing? How does that work? they live with me and i pay all their expenses.

incomes and child support guidelines for Delaware. Unless she's disappeared or dead you can't not tell her, they are her kids.
