South Dakota My daughter is eight years old. Her mother has full costudy. She is scheduled for eye surgery. Our second opinion says do not operate, but her mother has found a surgeon that will operate. This surgery is not justified. How do I stop the operation? She is on Medicaid, I have written a letter to them. How do I stop this senseless mutilation? I have written a letter to the surgeon stating "Do not operate on my daughter".
