What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas,
My STBX wife and I have a rule 11 agreement, which states I have supervised visitation and also pay 150 a month in CS, my children already receive money from my disability which toally satisfies my CS obligations, the 150 was xtra. The situation that caused the supervised visitation turned out to be false, I have completed 13 hrs of parenting classes with CPS, so my question is, how do I change my visitation to a SPO and is the 150 CS on the rule 11 enforceable? I am behind in paying her.

Why are you behind?

It may make a difference.

I had to move to be closer to my kids, I was out of work until Feb 28, had moving expenses, bills from previous residence.
The children already receive more then 25% of my income from my disability.

You have to pay what is in your order as it is still in effect. Your rule 11 was signed by a judge correct?
You need to go in and have it modified if she is getting more than 25% .You are obligated to pay 25% for 2 children. Are there more children?

Petition your modification as well as your parenting schedule. If you have completed all that CPS asks than you should get standard visitation.

And do it quickly. Courts will very rarely (if ever) order retroactive support modifications. So the longer you wait, the more time you'll be paying too much money. You won't get the excess back.
