Currently my ex-wife pays me child support. The support orders were drawn up by my attorney at that time and was submitted to Child Support Enforcement for collection due to the fact she wouldn't pay. We had to deviate from the typical child support guidlines because our decree says we both split medical bills and insurance premiums 50/50. Typically they do a % of what your income is as to the amount each parent has to pay towards medical bills etc. Now I need to ask enforcement to reavaluate the amount of support she needs to pay because at the time the first support was ordered she wasn't working and they imputed minimum wage. Now she has a good job and is making reasonable money. Does anyone know if CSE will adjust it according to wages or will they come back and not allow the deviated amount and go to standard support guidlines??
