What is the name of your state? Co.

When and why should Child Support Enforcement be handling a case? I have asked an attorney for assitance in completing the necessary paperwork that needs to be filed after our modification hearing and he said that Child Support Enforcement should be handling the case if there were no attorneys. We have never had Child Support Enforcement involed in the case, why should they be now?
