What is the name of your state? Colorado. Can I receive child support for an adult child who never received money during her childhood. What is the process in collecting and is there a statue of limitations?

Really? Get over it! That is something your mother should have sought from your father when you were a child--hence the name.

if there was an order to collect support that the father never paid then the mother might be able to collect the money owed to her... some states have a SOL in collecting... if there was never a support order issued, then your S.O.L.....
