What is the name of your state? Oregon

I pay child support to my 19 year old that is in college. The problem is my son doesnt get grades higher than a 2. nd the paper work states that he must eern a C or better to continue getting support. Do I call the agency to inform them of this. His grades have been this way for almost a year now, he does not file out the required paperwork that he is suppose to every term and says that I should not have to pay him anything. I told him to fill out the paperwork then because they do not read the paperwork from college that they send to the DA family law division. I feel that I have payed for something that I should not had to do for the last 12 months.
