What is the name of your state? Texas**************. My question is that if both parents went to go to a review at the Attorney Generals office**************.My husband stated that they both signed a paper saying the child support will not be raised any longer. is their such a letter? Does the A/G office take in consideration overtime or bonuses? My husbands pay went up alot last year but they worked a shutdown.....working about 60-70 hours a week for 8-10 months. But he does not make that much money now working 4 days a week 10 hours a day. They got bonuses from the shutdown.

no there is no such letter. and a letter wouldn't mean squat anyway.

Child support is open to modification at anytime the changes warrant it.

Have you done ANY research at all on your own??

Yes, it will be considered and averaged in to determine avg. monthly income

CS starts at 20% of net, and goes up 5% for each additional child

TX family code is not that hard to read and understand.

Well his income is much higher last year due to the shutdown that he worked for 8-10 months. that was with alot of the overtime, he does not get overtime like that now. What percentage do they figure on c/s**************..he has other children but they are over 18 now, so he only pays for the one child now. How do i do the figures based on his pay per hour minus the taxes and medical insurance? One more thing the mom pays for her medical insuarnce, she signed a letter 4 years ago stating that it was offered at her work and not at the dads employer**************.but it is now offered at the dads employer.
