What is the name of your state? Washington

The state that retains jurisdiction of the child is Pennsylvania. I live in Washington state and the Petitioner moved to Sweden. Petitioner filed for child support in Washington state. Where does juridiction for child support lay?

Any advice on this matter is greatly appreciated.

Petitioner filed in the Jurisdiction you live in ? Then Washington has Jurisdiction. Neither one of you live in PA.

even though Pennsylvania has expressed jurisdiction over the child? wouldn't Petitioner and child still be considered a resident in that state (it's been less than six months since they moved out of country)

They just moved to Sweden, but when Petitioner returns (if she chooses) they will return to Pennsylvania to her mother's home. She is a US citizen who met a Swedish man online and moved to Sweden to live with him and after a 5 year custody battle I lost and she took our daughter to Sweden with her.

As I said , she does not now live in PA , let alone the country . She filed where you live . If your State decides ( which it will have to decide ), that PA no longer holds Jurisdiction, it will hear the case. Which it will most likely do.

Are you going to argue it should be heard in PA. , when you live in Washington ?

Let the court's decide, it's their duty.

If by the way, means nothing .

My next questions are : Can Washington state modify the custody agreement that was established in PA and attach the child support to that new agreement?

What about my other children that live with me, will the courts take in to consideration that I support my son (separate child Support order in PA), and two adoptive kids ?

usually Custody/Visitations and child support are heard by separate parts of the court and are separate issues.

I take it PA. Judge signed a Custody agreement ?
I take it there was never a support order?

We have no Idea what your Custody/Visitation agreement was and as part of it, you agreed to let the other parent move out of the country.

We would only be speculating , but IF her move was legal , you could get a Certified copy of the PA. Orders , and register them in the Court in your Jurisdiction. Your Courts might take jurisdiction also, seeing she hasn't been gone 6 months. At least the Order will be registered where you live, and hopefully when you file a modification Petition it won't be dismissed for lack of Jurisdiction.
