When child support was originally ordered, I only had my son with my ex-wife. 3 years later, I have had 2 more sons. Child support is defined in our decree as being used to pay for daycare with a little extra over. Son will be starting kindergarten in August (public school) so now he will only be in daycare before/after school and summer time. We have 50/50 and once he starts kindergarten we split all school fees, lunches, and supplies. How likely am I to get a reduction if requested in July? Also is there any chance the judge would order me to pay more?

Google an official child support calculator for TX and run the numbers. If your income has increased since the child support was set, yes, its quite possible that your child support could increase. I don't believe that the child support guidelines for TX take subsequent children into consideration.

Actually, Texas child support guidelines do take subsequent children into consideration.

I know that they have a different percentage for child support for subsequent children but I don't recall them giving a recalculation for previous children due to subsequent children.
