What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio
In my original child suport calculation worksheet my expense reimbursment was included as income. I travel roughly 50,000 miles a yr for work. I get a set amount back every two weeks for reimbursment. I can understand if part of it was considered income, as sometimes I do not spend as much when im working close to home. Is this correct hat only part of it should be income? Right now I pay $1158 a month in child support.
Also in the divorce I agreed to make the house payment till my youngest child turns 18. In the seperation agreement it is stated that it is property settlement and hat I will pay it until my youngest daughter turns 18. Should this house payment be used for deviation on he child support?
Also when they imputed her income, only $10,920 was imputed as her income. I know she makes at least $8.50 an hr. And I didn't get any credit for the health care I pay for, which is $2,400 a yr. Also they didn't deduct my union dues which is roughly $1,000 a yr. Im wanting to know if all these factors is gonna make a significant change in my child support.
She works for an attorney in town and the entire system is messed up here. They pretty much do what they want.
I already requested an administrative review. Hopefully something can be done..cause $2,000 a month is rediculous.

Sorry about my spelling, I am posting from my phone.
Yes I have done that. I used the one on alllaw.com
I did calculations not including any expense reimbursment and it lowered it a little over $100 every 2 weeks. I also did a calculation including half of my expense reimbursment and it lowered it roughly $80 every two weeks. Then I did the calculation with all my expense reimbursement included and it would be lower, but wouldn't be low enough for the required 10% increase or decrease for it to be modified.
My biggest question is, is the expense reimbursment I receive considered income. I have contacted ODJFS and apparently no one there knows. I have friends who work with me and also live in ohio, and their expense reimbursment isn't calculated into it. But I know every case is different.
