What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio
I pay union dues in the amount of 952 a yr. Does this come off of my total gross income when figuring child support?
Also I pay 2400 a yr for family group ins. How does ODJFS determine how much if any of this is to be deducted when the child support worksheet is done?
This ins covers myself, and my two daughters. So do they use the entire 2400, or would they divide it by 3 and use 2/3 of since its coving both daughters?
I have used the alllaw.com calculators to get an estimate, but not sure if. Im using the right numbers to be imputed.
Also how accurate are the calculators on there?

Thanks in advanced

Union dues are deducted from total gross income. Also the calculation for child support is the difference between single and family coverage divided by number of family members. If both children are on the support order then it is just the difference between single and family coverage up to 5% of your gross income. If you spend more than 5% of your gross to cover the children then you will not be ordered to do so.

Ok the union dues I got.
Both my daughters are on the support order. My ins is the same weather ta just me on the plan, or if I have both of them on the plan.
So how does that factor into it all?

Then it costs NOTHING to insure them and you get NO CREDIT FOR THE COST OF MEDICAL. Plain and simple.
