my husband has been incarcerated since his daughter was 2. she had a child at 15. she will be 18 in oct. her 24 year old female lover is trying to get child support. he is currently incarcerated again. can he be made to pay support for all the years he was not able to pay? i've heard that when his daughter had her baby she became emancipated-is that true?

If there was a court order for him to pay, he owes all that support plus interest.

Babies having babies does not mean emancipation, so what you "heard" was wrong.

Also, he is not responsible for the child of his child.

WHO'S trying to get the CS?? The 17 year old daughters female lover? She has no standing or rights regardless.
