What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana

Theres alot to this story so ill try to make it simple.

First off I ow 5 years worth back support. I have alot of health issues and due to them I cut from work so I filed for disability (back then). So its been a lonnnng dragged out case. I also filed with Vocational Rehabilitation back then (5yrs ago). At that time with my the doctors information they determined it would be best I file for disability which I had already done. I had been through tests and what have you to determine this. Indiana also determined me disabled to thier medicaid (which Indiana's medicaid rules are more strict then disability). So all looked like things were going to be ok.

Well disability didnt work out, so appeals started, In the meantime child support was piling up. There was nothing I could do at the time, I was ordered to see the prosecutor to see whats going on. He reviewed things and it was delayed till further notice on my disability. well being Indiana is delayed years on disability cases my past support piled up.

Well last summer I had my case and all was going well. HOWEVER when we got our decision it wasnt good and she messed up the whole case. Before I had got my decision I tried to go back into Voc rehab again they found a online job I could do for a few hours aday. Which I have been able to do. Im actually paying now about 1/2 of my support a month now thats due plus arrears.

In the meantime the appeals council rejected the judges decision on my disability case and I have to go back again and she has to follow orders to which they required in the remand. So im awaiting that case yet. Its been 3 months so far waiting for that. However in the meantime the Proscecutor for child support keeps having me come in every 3 weeks and is forcing me to take a day of work off (which means no pay) and is grilling me about things telling me I need to find a new full time job.

Now heres my problem even if the disability case fails again (which Im 99.9 it wont). If Voc rehab determines me unfit for work and their the ones who found me this job im doing now based on skills and doctors information. I dont see how the prosecutor can order me to work something I cant do. I cant even drive anymore cause of my health.

Now believe me I would rather any day of the week work like I used to, but I cant anymore. Also we have the income restrictions with my disability medicaid which also determinded me disabled.

Im really trying, and yet it feels like im doing nothing. I just dont understand what else there is to do im able to do.

yes I actually tried (even as soon as last year) to but they said (texas) would not do it without income coming in. Now that I have some income I am getting that all set up to .. again this is stuff thats going to take a while and my concerned is with what my status is just in case the disability case was to fail again. I want to know what I can do. My wife is supporting us and we are broke, trust me this isnt fun.
