What is the name of your state? ca.
If i currently pay child support thru the da's office but, my child no longer lives with my ex, she is living with her boyfriend and his parents she is 16. do i still have to pay

My response:

As long as the order has not been modified, then yes you still must pay. But, when you file your Motion to terminate support due to the circumstances you've stated in your post, you'll be able to have the court order modified appropriately.

Get to court ASAP.
