my husband was divorced from his first wife in 1997 in oklahoma and has a child as a result of marriage. he pays child support to his ex-wife, whom resides in oklahoma. we have been married since 9/1998 and have 3 chidren in the home,2 are ours together, and the other is mine from a previous relationship. my husband no longer has the same annual gross income(it is significantly lower) and he pays a high amount of child support monthly (this amount was based on both his and his ex's combined annual gross income at the time of the divorce). we would like to know the the least expensive way to reduce the child support based on the current circumstances. we also reside in the state of kansas. jamie edwards
