What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California.
I am the mother. I live with my child 100% of the time. I filed with the court to establish paternity and custody. The father responded with FL-300 form and declaration in which he states false facts. in his FL-300 he does not ask for the order of child support he owes to pay, he only asks for custody and visitation. I know that I have to respond with FL-320, but I also want to ask the court order child support and as far as I know I need to file my own FL-300 form in which I can ask for the prder of child support. I want to write a declaration as well in which I will present evidence that his declaration contains false statements, and I also want to let th ecourt know that father has not paid child support ever. My question. Do I need to write separate declaration for for FL-320 and , separate declaration for Fl-300? Or could I state the fact in one declaration and submit all papers together? Thank you.

Dad doesn't have to pay anything until he is ordered to by the court: it's a moot point.

Custody and parenting time are separate from child support. You have to fill out as many forms as it takes.
