My x-husband lives 2 miles down from me and he is always in jail. He never pays child support. I have taken him to court many many times.What can I do to make him pay? Can I get paid somehow by the state or government? What should I do about my x-husband?

Contact your D.A. and ask for the dead beat dad unit. Trust me, they will point you in the right direction. Then go ask for a list of legal aid attorneys who deal in family law and call them. Then, try http://www.attorneypages.com
