My ex-husband took our three oldest children to Mexico in September for a visit and is now refusing to return them. He has returned to Indiana, where I also live. I contacted the F.B.I., and they sent me to the Prosecutors office. At the prosecutors office they sent me to the police station to file a report first. The detective that I spoke to said that there is no report to file that he knows of, and sent me back to the prosecutors office. I have info and application from the Hague Convention, but I don't know where to send it. Also I need to know where I can go, or what I need to do next. I have been on a wild goose chase, and don't know what to do now. Any advice will help and be greatly appreciated.
