I'm trying to find written policy or guidelines on when children can be left alone without adult supervision, in the state of Georgia. Cannot find in OCG or DFACS.

I'm trying to find written policy or guidelines on when children can be left alone without adult supervision, in the state of Georgia. Cannot find in OCG or DFACS.

There are only guidelines not actual laws that state a minor can be left alone at x age. The correct answer is always 18.. under that age, the parents are fully responsible if anything happens and can be charged with neglect.
