I live in California.

If an eight years old boy touches the chest of a ten years old girl playfuly, can it be considered molestation or sexual harrassment? What if the boy insisted that the girl invited him to do so? Will it makes any idfference?

If the father of the boy was present, but did not take action, can the parent of the girl make the boy or his parents responsible?

These days, everyone is "sue" happy. I think that the girls parents could cause some problems over this.

Awhile back (I think last year), I heard about a boy kissing a girl on a school bus; and boy was there a big fat deal that went along with that. If I remember correctly, the parents were calling it sexual harassment.

I told my 11 yr old SS, now don't you touch or kiss anyone...especially girls.....even if you are just joking around.....You just never know these days.
