if a child borns in usa, the father has green card and mother has a valid visa with an expired I-94,will the child be a citizen, can the mother be legal,any knowledge on this please?state is new york.thanks

From what I can remember about Natural Born Citizenship;if you are born in the USA reguardless of your parent's citizenship you are considered a natural born citizen.
