new york I am a fatherof a 15 year old and have just recently entering into a temporary custody aggreement with his mother and my son is now living with me for the year until we reach a permanent agreement in july in the meantime I am still paying child support. He has been with me physically since june of this year. do I still have to pay child support and if not I am I qualified to get all my money back since june or October when the order was issued or do I still have to pay although he is not with her and nor is he under her care legally ??????
