What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? New Jersey
I am wondering if the executer of a will MUST be an individual OR can it be
handled by an organization such as a bank or other financial institution. I am concerned about the possibilities of an executer, or alternate executer not being avialable or "around" for "whatever" reason. Can a will request that the "court" appoint an executer? ANY help with this would be greatly appreciated!
