What is the name of your state? VA

My sister & her (good for nothing) husband filed Chapter 7 BK in Mar 04. Her husband made the decision to sell their home (without informing their atty or Trustee) in May.
Trustee found out and withdrew the No Asset Notice. The home was sold. Her husband was so mad on the day of the real estate closing he caused damage to the home and they moved out of state. He/she has not notified their atty as to where they are. What's going to happen?
