citation with strange dates...

I was served with a citation to show cause in a civil matter about a month ago. (11/06)

I just noticed that the date for rule of advisement is in January of 06, and the hearing is set for February of 06. HELLO!!!! Those dates already happened.
The court stamped the inside paperwork in August of 2006, and the clerk of courts issued the paperwork in Oct of 2006.

I'm guessing they meant to write Jan and Feb of 07. However...I would like to know what my options are here. Will I be held at fault for not showing up in Jan and Feb of 07 and for not assuming or asking the court?

Convince the Judge that you are too stupid to realize that the Clerk meant o7 and not 06!
