I am a german citizen my son's father is a us citizen he never filled out the paper when my son was born to get him a u.s birth cretifcate.my son father sigend the court paper saying he is the father.I have no direct contact with him.iItried to go to through the childsupport agencie where he pays childsupport but he dose not respond.I am trying to get my son a u.s birth cretificate .so I am not sure what to do
