What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY

Hi,
I have to shop a small moderately size super market called Food Plus near where I live. It's the only supermarket near by me where whole neighborhood and apartment complexes had to shop because of walking distance and it's only supermarket closed by.

At the cash register, before a cashier handed my back change, I said to her I have changes but she didn't feel like to take my changes and decided force me to take the change what she was giving me before she closed the register.
The way she did was intentional whatever her reasons were. So I was upset what she did I said "why did you do that? you're so miserable bitch!" I know it wasn't appropriate language it came out of being upset. When that it was going on, passing by another customer trying to get involve to instigate to fight saying she heard I said bitch. When words were going back and forth a manager came over at same time they kept making point what I curse at her instead of making point of why I was upset from begin with.
So after I came home from store and decided to call to store manager, explaining what happened and asked why your guys treat customer that way and I said it seems employees are resentful/discriminate towards certain race in the neighborhood.
Then the manager said it's big words that I was saying and he said if I feel discriminated and don't like it, don't have to come to his store he said. Then I said "you have no right to say where I can and can't shop" and said "I have right to go any store wherever I want to go and be right to be treated with respect as a citizen".
So my question is, does that store manager have right to say to a customer don't come to his store if I feel discriminated?

I would appreciated your legal advice. Thank you.

A store manager has every right to decide who can and who cannot shop in their store.

As a former store manager myself, I can tell you that the first time you scream obscenities at my staff is the last time you shop in my store.

Even if you think you had a really good reason, that reason isn't good enough.

You lose.

A mercantile establishment is a "public accomodation" under the law, so unless you are barred for a prohibited reason, race, color, etc., an owner/agent can ban you from the premises, yes.
