What is the name of your state? California

I moved to a certain area of California two years ago. Since then I have not been able to hold a job due to employer harrassment. This harassment includes not getting the tools I need to do the job then being told if you dont perform you will be fired. Also including empoyers watching every move I make even going to lunch and the bathroom. Keep in mind I have no idea why this is happening and that I have no past felony convictions or any bad marks on my record. In addition nieghbors or those that pose as tend to follow me when I leave the apartment and have been seen in the same destinations. My question is it legal for law enforcment or private agencies to follow and keep me from jobs or social gatherings with no probal cause or records of misconduct to go by? What is the best course of action to take against these people? I believe these are future tactics that must be stoped because many inocent people will suffer and loose their rights and lives in America. Please advise!

First you need to make sure that you don't have

any type of Medical Condition that may interfear with your legal rights, The best way is for you to go to your local Mental Health Department in order to rule out any pre-existing problems , such as paranoiad, If that is indeed the problem they can put you on medication that will allow you to exist in the work Place and in your neighborhood. Hey DRKSHADOW your reply about checkiing mental health is a good excuse and a waste of time to post because you know as well as all that Americans will not buy it. We all know their is no limit to the tactics used to go above the law. Just remember its only a matter of time until the show is exposed and I pitty those involved. I think you kinda hit the nail on the head.

Freedomguy, the police aren't spending thousands of dollars every day to follow you. Phony neighbors aren't tailing you. The world isn't out to get you.
