I admit my "advice" was a silly wild guess and definitely premature and, based on the usual postings we receive here, LeeHarveyBlotto's guess is far better than mine.

But, I imagine the ACLU will let claypotter know that.

The ACLU is not all that helpful these days, unless they actually decide to take on a case. So most inquiries to the ACLU will not get a response. A quote from their website:
