What is the name of your state? florida

i was in back of van while a man that was driving me went for help after van broke down , state trooper pulls up with his 3 babies in his cruiser and asks for drivers license and wants to know what im doing .. when all is said and done he makes me say things under duress by saying i say it this way or just go to jail period , the whole while calling me a boy and stating how this isnt missouri and lying about false arrests and warrants to other police that show up , start searching vehicle b4 asking . when i get to jail for 3 charges i ask for a bondsmans number and get told " 1-800- your f**ked " , im disabled with vertigo and back injuries , made to sleep on floor or top bunk , carry stuff that weighs more than i can/should carry , dont get medical for 3 days , no air movement or a/c in 100+ weather and all this because im from missouri, showed on my plates and was comments made thru the whole arrest how this wasnt " missouri " and calling me a " missouri BOY" . what are my rights? can they search the vehicle and if so , what about the jails behavior and violations?

This makes no sense...

Three babies in his car?

Since you didn't see fit to post what you were actually charged with, we can't tell you much.
what are my rights?
You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can, and will, be used against you in court. You have the right to speak to an attorney before questioning and to have the attorney with you during questioning. If you can not afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you prior to any questioning.
can they search the vehicle
If they have probable cause, you were arrested, or the vehicle was to be impounded, Yes.
what about the jails behavior and violations?
What about them?

The alleged Jail "violations" will have no bearing on your criminal case.

yes he had his 3 children in his car , the offenses were a concealed weapon , he found two tobacco pipes , he called them paraphenalia , but are not , and the tthird was a violation to a protection order from missouri that didnt state i wasnt allowed to have a firearm even though it wasnt mine to begin with , so even if it was mine it isnt a violation of the order.

sorry for being so late in replying , did not think i would get a response so fast , and ty for the ones i got.

as far as searching vehicle , i wasnt under arrest till after they found the gun , is having a revoked license when not driving a reasonable whatever to search?

and as far as the violtions in jail , what grounds do i have to sue these people if any for that and the discriminatory acts of the officer against me as an out of stater?

"this makes no sense" comment , is a very correct statement and had me very scared because it made no sense to me either why it was being done.

He told me unless i stated what " i " did and leave the other guy out of my statement i was going to jail for not cooperating with an officer in his trying to get information on what " i " did , and had that right to hold me for 72 hrs without bond while undergoing an ivestigation. so i did as he said then was told by him " I was going down with no way out" .

now understand , this town has a prison in it and employs most of this county/city , so there is a motive in all this by the officer. this is not just a made up story , it is so unreal as i am a disabled man with dr's orders not to drive and cant due to a mental illness called vertigo that wont allow me too, i use a cane and was not allowed to use or take with me and also had medication i needed that they wouldnt allow me to take to jail , and also was not allowed them while in jail .

ok , seeing some think quoting is the only way to post i took the time to learn and now posting this sober quote/answer. Sorry if i offended any here by my ignorance on how to quote.

Now... yes , the officer that originally started the questioning had his 3 children/babies in his police cruiser.

.
Would probable cause be a revoked license even though I was not driving the vehicle? I was not under arrest untill they found the firearm in question.

My question about these are proof , I think , of the biased discrimination of my native origin and my civil rights as a detainee to call a bondsman and to get medical care needed , not to mention the brutality of making me sleep on the floor or on the top bunk and when not capable of walking without a cane am made to carry matress , blankets , personal items the length of a football field that took me almost an hour to accomplish the whole time being yelled at " to hurry up or else ."
