Hello,

Im sorry to bother you guys but I have a queston, My Step Father claimed me on his Taxes in 2003 (2005 summer as well but the USCIS said its ok) for a full 12 months, the reason why he claimed me on there cause I visited 6 months in 2003 and then stayed for another 6 months cause I filed for perment residency (back then) but at the last month of the year my mom and I moved back to Canada and canceled the Perment Resideny (Canceled the Case pending I-130, I-485..etc.)

The queston I have is, on the G-325a it askes for list your past 5 years U.S. Residency, now I put down the one I have present (Which is the one i am filing from) but do I put down the one in 2003 cause I was filing for perment residency (like I said it was canceled cause my mom and I moved back) and I was claimed on his taxes in 03' so does that count as "Residency"?

I don't want to get in trouble when I file cause I am including the past 3 years of my step-dad's taxes (as evidence as it recommanded).

thanks.
