Class Action Lawsuit vs. Cohen and Slamowitz
I am looking for others like myself to participate in a class action lawsuit against Cohen & Slamowitz. I have been a victim of their outrageous tactics and I know there are others as well judging from the various postings out there.
In my research I have learned about the manuevers of Cohen and Slamowitz. These include:
-Procuring default judgments via improper service
-Illegal freezing of assets
-Harassing and abusive actions
-Pursuing erroneous and often out of date debts
Many (including myself) have been on the receiving end of these unlawful practices. I can attest to the anguish, aggravation, and "agita" caused by them. I know I am not alone.
