I needed some advice about Colorado child support laws. I have an order that is 3 years old, that I have paid regularly on. I got married 2 years ago, to a different woman, and we now have a baby together. If either one of us(me or my ex) went for a review, would my wife and new baby be taken into consideration? Back then, I didn't have high rent or many bills. Now, I have a house and more bills. Are the new bills such as car, rent, day-care for my new baby, all taken into consideration? Would the courts recognize my new child when considering the old child support order? The mother of my first child, the one I pay child support to, doesn't work. She is in college full-time. Do the CO courts take into consideration what she is capable of earning(at least min. wage)? Thanks for your help.

Colorado does not take your "expenses" into consideration. Just your income and the ex's income. I honestly don't know if CO is one of the states that takes subsequent children into consideration when reviewing child support, however you can find out that information on your state government website by searching for "child support guidelines".
