I cosigned for a car for my daughter, she has not made a payment in 6 months, I am paying the payment as I don't want poor credit. My daughter will not turn over the vehicle nor will she sign off the title. We live in the state of Indiana, how can I get her name removed from the title?

My response:

You can't get her name removed. However, you can sue her for Breach of Contract, and Specific Performance.

But then, she's your daughter, and you won't. So, you'll keep on paying while she lives a carefree, and debt free life, all at your expense.
