Is it legal in Minnesota for a creditor to go after the debtor when a deficiency is present in a mobile home repossession?

If your mobile home was repo'd and there was a deficiency, is it legal for the creditor to try and collect the deficiency. Yes.

yes......However,i would always like to see proof on what they sold your home for (some companies lie..so they can get more money from you claiming 'defiency') before i paid them anything. in at least you might find out that what they're trying to collect from you is more than the actual balance owed. hopes this helps
