In fact, the Court does a good deal, by enforcing the powers that the Legislature gave you. Having now read both posts, I suggest that you spend more time reading and less time ranting. There are far more resources than you have explored. Find them and learn how to use them and it's likely that you would feel less frustrated (and what was your other word - impotent?).

You have the power to do for yourself that which you carp about the Court not doing for you. By extension, did the police and politicians fail you too?

One could infer that the Court (for which you have so little regard) has branded your debtor a vexatious litigant and has done for you what you couldn't do for yourself.
