My coworkers and I are concerned about collecting our wages in a corporate bankruptcy. The bankruptcy was filed in Jan 2009, assets have been liquidated and the major secured creditors have been paid. The trustee has become evasive when we have contacted her about a time table. Should we hire an attorney at this point?
