I am having trouble getting support from NCP. NCP is 2+years behind in support. Department of CS is handling the case they have filed civil contempt charges against her numerous times, but have been unable to get her served. Once because she had moved and not told anyone, the second time it was due to an error on their part, I gave them the new address and they told the proccess server to serve her at the wrong address
. Now she is "couch hopping" moving every week or two, and CS takes so long to proccess the paperwork she has moved by the time they act on the new address. They said they could possibly file criminal charges, but usually they don't do that until after civil contempt fails. Any suggestions on what I should do next?
