What is the name of your state? California Los Angeles County

A tenant was given 2 months notice to remove his 300 odd cars from a commercial storage yard, (partly because the cars were being stripped for parts which is against the zoning laws) there was no offiial lease it was originaly a month to month agreement to park a few cars which spread to about 300, the time is now up and not one car has been moved nor is rent at this point being paid.. What are the storage facility owners legal options?

Full time job checking vin #'s on 300 cars..... DMV stated they would not have records on many if they are old etc...

I think I may have solved problem tow company told me if he is no longer tenant and no longer paying rent and vehicles are inoperable being picked apart etc they would do a Private Party Tow I would have to give him 72 hours to move cars or they would be inpounded in the tow yard and liened if not picked up...
