Tennessee.. I was fired from my sales job about 16 months ago... They owed me $25,000 in Comish plus 1,000 for sales person of the year and 2500 for expenses..Well it has been over 14 months and they say they are not going to pay because I broke my non compete..What would that have to do with the money the owe me. Plus..It has been 14 months..and my lawyer still has no results..Do I need a new lawyer?
