What is the name of your state? Tennessee

My company fired me over 10 months ago and still have not paid me my commissions.. ($25,000) plus I still had 3 weeks vacation time. Can I sue them for more know that they wont pay me what the owe me.

Re: your commissions, what did the commission agreement say? That you had to be an employee when commissions were paid? That's not unusual. It's possible that the state may deem your commissions "wages". You would have to inquire of the TN Dept of Labor.

Re: your accrued vacation, they are required to pay you that, along with your final wages, no later than 21 days after your termination date. Hopefully, it is not too late to file a claim with the state DOL, Labor Standards Division. See the question about Final Pay here:
