I have been seperated from my wife for three years now, I have custody of our three children, she has not paid any child support and alimony at all.
She has been living with another person for over one year now, purchased new car, furniture etc, but not paid anything towards our children.
The question: Can the person who she is living with be held responsible along with her for these court ordered payments.
I need to know A.S.A.P.

Sincerely,
James D. Gamble
