I live in Washington state,I need to know if lottery winnings come under community property laws.We won it in 1997 after 23 years of marriage, she asked me to leave & gave me nothing at all Hardly got my clothes

What does your attorney say? If she bought the ticket with "her" money, that she can prove she earned or that she inherited and was never co-mingled with community money, then I should think it is all her winnings.
