My company A is acquired by company B, I have H1B visa with company A. After this merge, I stay in the same position and at the
same location. Do I need to do an H1B transfer of amendment? In either case, can I
continue working in this merged company till
my transferred or amended H1B is approved?

Your advice is greatly appreciately.

You do not have to do anything while your visa is current. Let the company deal with it. If you are concerned, call HR and ask.
